- View and Manage Your Tutoring PlanYour tutor will schedule future sessions based on the days and times arranged with you, generally up to four weeks in advance. Use your Customer Portal to view upcoming sessions, see sessions used and remaining, and review your package expiration date. To cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, use the options in your Zoom confirmation email or contact your tutor. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid losing the session.

All tutoring sessions are conducted live through Zoom using interactive tools that allow students and the tutor to work together in real time. Students can ask questions, solve problems collaboratively, and receive immediate feedback from anywhere with an internet connection.
What is included in a tutoring package?
Tutoring packages include personalized one-on-one online instruction, flexible scheduling arranged with your tutor, and access to the Customer Portal where you can view upcoming sessions, sessions used and remaining, and package expiration information.
How do I activate my Customer Portal?
After your first tutoring session, you'll receive an email inviting you to activate your Customer Portal and create your password. Once activated, you can view upcoming sessions, sessions used and remaining, and your package expiration date.
What happens after I purchase a tutoring package?
After completing your package purchase, the student attends the first tutoring session. Math Minds will then send you an email inviting you to activate your Customer Portal, and your tutor will schedule future sessions based on the days and times arranged with you.
Can I cancel or reschedule a tutoring session?
Yes. Tutoring sessions may be canceled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the scheduled session or one tutoring session from a package. Can I receive a refund for a tutoring package?
Tutoring packages are eligible for a full refund before the first tutoring session begins. Once the first package session has taken place, the package purchase becomes final and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. Please see our complete Package Refund Policy for additional details.
How long are tutoring packages valid?
The 8-Session Package is valid for 3 months after purchase, and the 12-Session Package is valid for 4 months after purchase. Package expiration can be viewed in the Customer Portal after activation.

No. You may book a single tutoring session whenever you need assistance. Tutoring packages are simply a convenient option for families seeking ongoing support while providing additional value.
