Tutoring Package Refund Policy

Before the First Tutoring Session

Tutoring packages are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is made before the first scheduled tutoring session has begun.

If the first tutoring session has been scheduled but has not yet occurred, the customer may request a full refund. Any scheduled sessions associated with the package will be canceled.

After the First Tutoring Session

Once the first tutoring session has been completed, the tutoring package is considered activated.

After a package has been activated:

• The package is non-refundable.
• Remaining tutoring sessions may be used until the package expiration date.
• Unused tutoring sessions may not be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Package Expiration

Each tutoring package includes an expiration date, which is displayed in the Customer Portal and provided at the time of purchase.

Any unused tutoring sessions remaining after the package expiration date will expire and may not be refunded or transferred.

Purchasing a tutoring package reserves a number of tutoring sessions, not specific appointment dates or times. Individual sessions remain subject to tutor availability and must be scheduled through the Math Minds booking system.

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Individual Sessions

Once a tutoring package has been activated, individual tutoring sessions may still be canceled or rescheduled according to the Math Minds Tutoring Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Providing proper notice preserves the tutoring session for future use. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of one tutoring session from the package.

Emergency Situations

Math Minds Tutoring understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. Requests for exceptions to this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Math Minds Tutoring.

If Math Minds Tutoring Must Cancel

If Math Minds Tutoring must cancel a scheduled tutoring session, the customer may choose to:

• Reschedule the tutoring session at no additional cost, or
• Keep the tutoring session available for future scheduling.

If Math Minds Tutoring is unable to continue providing tutoring services after a package has been purchased, an appropriate refund for any unused tutoring sessions may be provided.

Applicable Law

This Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable laws. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, this policy governs all refunds for tutoring packages purchased through Math Minds Tutoring.

Agreement

By purchasing a tutoring package, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Tutoring Package Refund Policy.
